We also keep a record of calls, text messages and emails you exchange with us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours gathers some technical information when you visit: the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and general location based on your IP address. We do not ask for payment card or bank details on this website, and we do not take payments online.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your request and schedule a design consultation
• prepare designs and quotes for your project
• send you messages about your inquiry, appointment or project by phone, text or email
• run, secure and improve this website
• keep business records and meet legal obligations

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you transactional messages about your inquiry or project, such as appointment scheduling, reminders and project updates.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It is designed to work without cookies and reports visits in aggregate.

We may also use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. These tools can set cookies and collect information about how you use the site, which Google processes under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, carry out and support your project, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe instructions in the email or ask us to stop.
• Your information: contact us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we must keep by law.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other sites, such as our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
